How much is a custom designed costume? . . .
There are many factors involved in a custom design. As each LeNique costume is original prices vary depending on design, construction, fabric, style and decorations.

How do I try on a dress if I don’t live in Los Angeles ? . . .
Through our try-on program!
What is your try on program? . . .
The try-on program is a 3-day process.
*Day one: we overnight ship to your home or studio.
*Day two: you receive and try-on, show instructors, husbands, and stylists.
*Day three: contact us to authorize payment, or return ship to us.
You are responsible for roundtrip shipping and insurance charges, but otherwise there is no obligation to purchase. Overnight shipping is required each way.
Can you come to my studio/competition?. . .
Many of LeNique’s clients are not local to our showroom, so we bring our showroom to you! The LeNique sales team is travelling year around, visiting both studios and competitions. If you and your studio dancers love LeNique, request a trunk show from your studio owner/manager.
I bought a stock dress in my size but it doesn’t fit right!. . .
Minor alterations can often correct most issues. Minor alterations, such as changing cups, adjusting straps, taking in the waist, etc – can fix most fitting issues.
Many simple alterations are included in the dress price.
What if I wanted to add wings or decorations ?. . .
We also offer major alterations such as resizing, changing design aspects, adding fabric or decorations. You will receive an estimated cost and completion time upon request; work will commence upon customer approval.
How do I wash my garment?. . .
Any garment with appliques or rhinestones should be taken to a specialty cleaner. Never sign a waiver to accept all risk in dry cleaning. If specialty cleaners don’t exist in your area, please contact Michelle Alpum at TVC Cleaners!

Do you have the same dress in another color in stock? . . .
No. At Lenique we strive to make every dress unique, so everyone may shine on the dancefloor!
You don’t have my size! Do you have XS/2XL/3XL/ sizes? . . .
Currently, we don't stock sizes larger than XL or smaller than S. But we can custom make it! Let us create a design that flatters your body and fits comfortably.
Where are your garments made?. . .
From sketch drawing to stitching, to placing each rhinestone, all of our products are handmade by our professional staff in Los Angeles, California. Proudly made in the USA.
What are resale dresses?. . .
Resale dresses are pre-worn, gently used dresses on consignment. Resale dresses are stock or custom designs submitted for resale by their owners; sizes listed are approximate. LeNique carries exclusive “Sponsored professionals competition and show dresses," as well as dresses in excellent condition that meet our standards of design and construction quality.
Can you trade in or sell one of my dresses?. . .
We’d be happy to offer your LeNique dress for sale to our other clients. We will display your dress in our showroom, in our online catalog and social media, and at competitions and dance events. Once we have sold your dress, a 50% store credit is applied to your account. Credit must be used within 1 year of issue date.
How long does it take to to create a custom design? . . .

Once my custom dress is designed, what is the turnaround time? . . .
Custom dresses generally take 6-8 weeks to complete. LeNique offers a “rush” service for those that need their custom design sooner than the normal timeframe.
Do you accept returns? Refund and Exchange Policy? . . .
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your STOCK purchase, we will be happy to exchange your unused garment within 7 days of your purchase. LeNique cannot exchange any STOCK gown that has been worn or is not in its original condition. Please note, we do not offer refunds on any purchase. On our customer agreement form, the Buyer agrees to these terms & conditions upon deposit on purchase.
What is your exchange policy? . . .
All Exchanges must be confirmed by management prior to exchange. Our exhange policy : If for any reason you are not satisfied with your STOCK purchase, we will be happy to exchange your unused garment within 7 days of your purchase. LeNique cannot exchange any STOCK garment that has been worn or is not in its original condition. Please note, we do not offer refunds on any purchase. On our customer agreement form, the Buyer agrees to these terms & conditions upon deposit on purchase. Custom orders are non returnable/refundable. However, your satisfaction is our priority so please contact us should you have any concerns!

Our customer service team works from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday and responds to emails in the order received. We promise we’re working as hard as we can to get back to you as quickly as possible! OOPS, We do check our spam folder in case your email slipped off the radar, all client emails received are archived for 5 years.
What payments do you accept? . . .
We accept all major credit cards, Business/Personal checks, wire transfers, paypal and Cash!
Can I set up a payment plan for purchases? . . .
We do allow payment plans. Please contact one of our representatives for your options.
Do you have gift certificates? . . .
We offer gift certificates starting at $25.00 and up. We are happy to provide you or friend/client with a gift certificate. Please contact us for your options.
I've placed multiple orders recently, can I combine them into one package? . . .
We can combine any orders. However weight and size will often determine how many boxes needed.
How long until my dress arrives? . . .
Shipping time varies from Next Day Air to Ground shipping. Usually 3 - 5 business days in the continental US.
What do you charge for shipping? . . .
Shipping depends on weight, carrier and time. We do charge a basic service and handling fee dependent on contents.
Can I track my package? . . .
If we have your email address on file we automaticallly send you the tracking information. We can aslo provide it to you via text or by telephone.
What carriers do you use? . . .
We generally use UPS, Fedex USPS and DHL. You have the option to make this choice. If you have your own shipping account please advise us when placing your order.
What do I do if my shipment is lost? . . .
We always insure shipments for their retail value, a claim should be made as soon as possible with the tracking number provided! Please contact us if you have any concerns.
How long until my (international) package arrives? . . .
The shipping times vary country to country. For most orders, your package should arrive 3-4 weeks after the package ships out. However expedited shipping options are available by all shippers.
If the time above has passed, please check your local customs office. . . .
Sometimes, international orders (especially larger orders) are held at the local customs office because of a possible additional import fee. This is a fee we cannot control or build into our shipping costs.
